Why do you want to be part of the staff team?[/b]:I have to admit it, the first time i entered in this server i was like excited because 1 of my friends rated it so good, and i am a fan of Alien, so i liked to try it for see if it was good. And when i met the players i asked why some people keep like doing RDM or fail rp. But as i said i really love this gamemode and i would like to protect the server from rule breakers and let the players have a nice time in it. But now i will explain why i would like to join in your amazing staff team!. I' d like to join in  Nexous Reborn staff team because i love this community and i would like to help it with the rule breakers or with server's problems.I m very active, and i can be online on the server 4 hours per day. I like to help the other people with they' re problems because i care about the new players and i want them to enjoy they' re time on the server, another one is  the player have to enjoy they' re time on the server without any problems. The last is because I' ve seen many obnoxious people playing,breaking rules etc, and when there's no admins on to deal with it it just pisses me off so much, so I' d like to fill in empty staff spots when the server's in low pop times. I really love this community because they never give up and i like it!.  [b]Why should we choose you over other applicants?[/b]I am going to write a few reasons why i think i should be stand out more than others. *Steadfast: I will not go against any of the server rules and punish any who brake them even if i have an personal relationship whit them, I will not allow rule breakers to try to worm their way out of an SIT without any actual evidence that points to them being innocent nor will i punish those that are being falsely accused and warn the false accusers of wasting an admins time *Quick Learner: I learn quickly, if i have made an mistake i will learn from it and move on so that i wont do that mistake once again in the future, i will learn what it takes to be an admin if i am lacking and try to make it up by being more active so i can once again learn from my mistakes *Helpful: I will Help any one who asked for it in game be it minor things like how to change to third person or more major things like if they have bought a job and cant find any Hierarchy, I will not Deny to go to any Sits or to anyone who needs help even if it is for the most mundane things *Respectful: I have always been and will continue to be so to everyone not just higher ranking staff but to everyone on the server, i do it normally when i can IC as well even if some player may think its unnecessary to do so but i was raised like that and that's what i think everyone should be like to each other. [b]What skills can you bring to the staff team (experience, coding, mapping, etc)?[/b]Laughter, Honesty, Loyalty, Generosity, and Kindness. I want to continue to be the embodiment of these elements as I now I do for Star wars RP. I can also bring my knowledge of being a Alien RP staff member forward and apply it to its related contexts.And  i don't always act mature as I like to make people laugh whereas if my friends aren't having fun neither am i. I have a light heart and im an easy going person if you need to talk to someone etc, another one is I can bring a loyal and mature staff member who has prior experience and knows how to deal with any situation thrown at him. Also a experienced garrys mod player who has many hours and knows what its like to be on the other side of the table. Aswell as being experienced in the staff field I know my boundaries and know not to cross over them at any point for any reason. I can also bring a dedicated individual with a lot of time on there hands to spend wrapped around a community role. [b]Why do you think you are ready for this position? Because i have a lot of experience with ulx,fadmin,blogs ecc. and i could bring my knowledge to others, like new ones. Another one is because how i writed before i am a quick learner so i learn fast from my errors. How well do you work with others/teams? Well, i like a lot play with others and help them, so i think i work quite well with them. Are you currently a staff member in any other communities? Yes, but i have time for this too! What do you think is the purpose of being staff? For me the purpose is to protect the players from rule breakers,mingers ecc. and to make the server playable! Do you have a working microphone?No, but i can type really fast! Do you agree with the statement below?[/b] [b]As a staff member, you will be expected to do much more than catch rule-breakers. You will be expected to attend staff meetings and be an active member of the server, for that is what keeps us alive. I don't want to see staff who get on for an hour, ban some trolls, and leave. I want to see staff who dedicate themselves to this community. Yes, i totally agree with them![/b]
